As a ROW Permitting Manager, I need to be able to accurately report on performance metrics for all permit types. Currently our permits that allow renewal/extensions are not programmed in a way to allow us to report on the work we perform related to renewal/extensions.

As a ROW Permit Analyst working on multiple permit types and folders, I'd like the renewal/extension processes to be consistent across all permit/folder types.

Stakeholders: Paloma, Kim DTS Manager: Tracy

Acceptance Criteria:

Folder Types ROW Permits: DS, EX, RW, PSM

Extensions/Renewals: EX - All types RW - TURP RW - Valet Operator RW - Valet Annual RW - Street Vendor PSM - All types

Permit Extension Requests Form

Description: We cannot calculate the number of review requests reviewed on time for TURPS, Annual Valet, and Street Vendor permits because the AMANDA folder doesn't have a comprehensive renewal workflow.

Also, clean up extension processes so they are consistent across all ROW permit types.

This work is being done outside Amanda right now, need to be able to record this in Amanda (need to check with Paloma about this issue)
Estimated to be a mid-size project.
RW extension process flow should mirror EX extension workflow.

@SurbhiBakshi - will you make an epic with all performance metric issues so @Nadin-Nader can look into whether these are worth doing before AMANDA 7? ROW is manually collecting this information now, but this is not a sustainable long term solution.

Status: I'd like to start user research for this one during sprint 26.

Status: I didn't get to scoping this. Clearing milestone; will look at getting this scoped during a future sprint.

@kaarthym5 will begin scoping this out during Sprint 29. Scoping likely to take at least 2 sprints. @TracyLinder would like to be included in scoping for this one.

Last response received from Robert Licari on what the stakeholder meeting result was:

Hey Vish, The final talks resulted in a solution. The solution is to add a new process with a single attempt result. When ATD touches the folder, the person in charge will go to that process and say review started. That way they can report off of that date when the attempt was added/process was closed and go from there until the folder is issued. I will find the meeting we had in Teams and see if I can get the notes out.

We need to capture (future solution):

When the request for renewal is received
If/when we request more info/requirements from the customer
When the final review result is logged

Note: I believe this has been delivered in various ways over the last few years. The permit extension processes have been updated to be consistent. I'm not ready to close this yet.
