Joseph needs the temporary passenger zone line data to be converted to lat/long for the ride-hailing companies to use with their systems.

Converted endpoints of each street segment to points, then added X,Y. Sent a kmz and an Excel Spreadsheet with Lat/Longs in case the kmz did not work for them.
