Not sure this is still necessary, and honestly I kind of forgot what it's referring to now that there's no "TODO" in the doc. I think this could have been focused on making sure that credentials were being stored properly.

This might also have been related to what to do after you've created your GitHub account in order to access repositories. I will need some time to test that with a new GH account that doesn't have access to any CoA or other repos yet.

Dev might already have their credentials saved for on-prem GH. I should add a note that says "if you're not prompted for user/pass then it's already stored".
