We should probably use jekyll-multiple-languages-plugin for this.

[ ] Install the plugin and move the English content into a data file.
[ ] Find folks to volunteer to translate into other languages.

After looking at this and tinkering for a bit, I'm not sure the plugin really buys us much. It looks like it's no longer actively supported. It also breaks the seo plugin I just added. I'm going to hack together something simple instead.
