D-class Brute / Scout, not being kicked off job when dying due to EST. #219

Prevention of being kicked off of the job for D-class Brute / Scout when dying by changing it to removal on respawn to allow chances for revival during EST.

UPDATED TICKET:

Following jobs should only be job banned and removed from job on respawn and not on death to allow for revival.

Current RP situations of using "EST" on a Brute or a Scout will result in them being immediatly removed from the job and respawned, leaving no chance for RP continuation.

Reaffirmed as Needed by Content Team. D-Class TYPE-BLUE already works like this, might be worth taking a look.
