Metal Cuffs cure 'Stoneman' illness #595

Description

When reading SCP-1025 and contracting Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva which turns you to stone, if you are metal cuffed and uncuffed it will allow you to move freely once again.

Steps to Reproduce

Contract the stoneman illness from 1025 book. Have another player handcuff you. Have the player uncuff you again.

Expected Behaviour

You will be unable to move as you still have the illness.

Actual Behaviour

You are seemingly cured of the illness. I believe the intention is so other players can move them as players can be dragged when cuffed but I don't believe it should cure the disease.
