Does not been to be checked. Speak to a CC Staff member and they will give you verification.

How its a Meta Gaming feature. You can't speak in chat when you are dead for a reason.

The main thing I was thinking was using it for "raid over" adverts, but that's about the only case.

You don't Advert on CC. Just disable it.

IMO we should just turn chan on when the user dies. Seems kinda dumb to have once you think about it
