Acceptance test:
- Navigate to a meeting
- click on the participants tab
- see a list of all the users who have contributed comments to the meeting
Questions:
- Should we show all of the elected officials in this list by default (whether or not they've contributed a comment or voted)?
As a Citizen, I want to see a list of the participants for the meeting, So that I can quickly identify elected officials and other members of the public who are participating.
