Admin views minor changes for better usability

routes: move indefaultrun to column 2
partners: show address fields in list, un-collapse user defined fields by 
default
translations: un-collapse alt and partners by default
add "desc" fields to all searches

For me, indefaultrun is an important change. Both values effectively change 
whether the route is to be run, and make sense to be shown together in the list 
view. They are already shown together in the edit view.

If you don't want to change this I will keep it as a local mod.

This got me thinking whether a user-configurable view layout mechanism would be 
a good idea (eg. drag & drop columns). Maybe there's already a Django way to do 
this.
