SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK #16

The computer use UTC +1.00 The Netherlands as Timezone . I checked with NTP the time, which is correct

How to solve this error?

sorry what do you mean? what is exactly the error (and the os), freshclam uses libcurl that uses windows api to make ssl requests

I will explain more:

The used OS is Windows 7 Professional used before ClamAV version 0.98 and no problems at all Then removed this version and install 103.7. I thought everything was OK until I saw a message that the database was 4 versions behind. Tracing the reason showed me the SSL errors: Thu Feb 9 09:13:12 2023 -> WARNING: Download failed (60) Thu Feb 9 09:13:12 2023 -> WARNING: Message: SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK

As ClamAV runs in DOS mode only to check incoming mail traffic, I could not determine from where this error got originated As said with version 0.98 never had any issues with that. I read on the internet that local time could be the problem for this I mentioned the Timezone

I hope you have a solution for me, the database now is far behind
