The dada2_to_phyloseq_[its/16s].Rmd vignettes need to be revised to match the metadata format which was revised by Lee and Clara on (or before) Dec 11, 2020. The necessary changes may not be very much – I believe the main differences in the format of the metadata are related to which columns it includes, and where it was saved – but we simply need to make sure these vignettes are compatible with the upstream vignettes, download-neon-data.Rmd and process-[its/16s]-sequences.Rmd.
