Document how to delete pastes via spamadmin #511

According to readme there is spamadmin option to delete pastes, but in my /spamadmin I see no buttons to delete anything (I am using bootstrap skin).

The corresponding javascript code block was commented out (in some old pull request). All I had to do was comment it back in. I don't know what the error was where the "fix" was simply commenting out code...
