Add Chocolatey Package #66

Hi,

First, thanks a ton for this essential software 👍 🙏

It would be awesome to add clawPDF to the evergrowing list of packages available via Chocolatey, either for those looking for a PDF printer in the GUI "app store" or for those enjoying the ease and power of the choco command line package manager and associated tools like CPLB !

first winget then chocolatey, there is clawpdf in winget but it's version 0.8.4
