Remove Gemfile.lock #53

Gemfile.lock prevents an easy build. Just running jekyll build will throw a large number of errors but works perfectly fine when Gemfile.lock is deleted.

Please ignore, I wasn't aware that you were rakeing instead of just pushing (which would result in a failure as GitHub doesn't accept custom plugins anyway). Without the .lock the rake fails.
