Combinations of ultra-long with tones & breathy #135

Adds sounds which are useful to parse words in Nuer. Namely, ultra-long vowels a e i o u ɔ ə æ ɛ, combined with tone diacritics (low, high, rising and falling) as well as breathiness status (breathy or not).
