Should I remove the broken build badge while I'm at it?

You should select Hound instead of hound under branch protection rules. https://github.com/clearcontainers/runtime/settings/branches

Hi @salbertson - the Clear Containers project is effectively frozen, and all effort has moved over to Kata Containers tbh, that confused me for a moment as I thought this was a Kata PR :-) We could fix/update the badges - afaik, the Jenkins CI for Clear Containers is no longer active, and we may just be better off dropping all the badges.
