Users can currently only access studies and sequencing runs that they themselves have uploaded (other than 'public' ones). This is fine while only lab members are running uploads and analyses, but for a full release, it needs to be revamped. The minerva account mmedsadmin has always owned the actual files that make up studies and sequencing runs, regardless of who uploaded them. But the Database Documents that get uploaded in tandem with the files are individual to web platform users. It is these documents that specify which users own which studies and sequencing runs. Solution should likely include a way to share study/sequencing run with a specific user or group of users.
