Improved summaries: fix taxa bar plot legends #401

Describe the bug The taxa that are included in the taxa bar plot section (section 2) of the generated summaries seem inconsistent. Cases that should contain the same data contain different legends for unknown reasons.

To Reproduce Generate a summary with at least two discrete variables, and compare them at a given taxa level.

Expected behavior Bar plots that are only sorted differently should have the same legends.
