Inconsistent legends for taxa summary barplot #402

Describe the bug Inconsistent legends for taxa summary barplot, different taxa will appear for different metadata column groupings. Perhaps due to the fact that we only show the topN genera for display purposes

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Not sure if this will happen for every summary, but I've observed this behavior for the study: /sc/arion/projects/MMEDS/mmeds_server_data/studies/mattS_IgA_IgG_vaccine_response_0

Expected behavior All taxa should appear, or at least consistent between metadata column groupings
