高登改版後出現亂碼問題 #114

每當個post既留言有更新/user自己禁上下頁/回覆既時候，個page
既所有中文字都變哂做亂碼

似乎改版之後連 set content 個 div 嘅 width 都失效
變咗冇加闊同 left-aligned

順手報告埋admin改動後大體仲有咩問題
1.轉頁後編碼唔同所以亂碼
2.標題頁ajax化失效,只顯示第一頁標題(只係入左吹水台同手機
台試都係)
3.個人profile(起底頁)、帖子頁(post內)既頁面闊度設定失效
4.高登公告重現

等等。
