No debug info in release builds. Added icon. Added file version info.

There is more toolset versions need to be updated on core and plugins, line 124 on core.

Hmm it does not affect the build process, just forces use of newer Visual Studio

Yeah, i think all of them should be up-to-date. Line 124 too.
