ClinVar reported that in batch 109, five separate scv ids where added 3x each to the batch. We've also had situations whereby the same scv gets added to subsequent batches. This second case may make sense but should be validated in case it was not intentional.
We should find the root cause and correct when duplicate annotations ending up in the annotation file or in the review sheet, whichever is the cause. As a stop-gap we should add an extra validation to the app scripts that are used to finalize the batch in the Review & Submit v2 google sheet.
