Nessus scanner not currently running reports in GovCloud #168

Investigating Nessus login page error with appears to be related to product activation

After investigation we found that the server needed to be reactivated with the primary server during our security audit and review session. Diego was able to reset the activation and we were able to reload the GovCloud instance which is now functioning again. Scans may have been offline since August 8th.
