For build, could use USWDS accordion component as a base, if possible. Use React logic over USWDS javascript to handle interactive functionality.

[ ] accordion is collapsed by default
[ ] when header area (including open icon) is clicked, accordion expands
[ ] when same area is clicked again, accordion collapses
[ ] hover effect is [TK: check with designer on this]
[ ] When accordions are stacked, expandable functionality is independent (i.e. multiple accordions could be open at a time, their states don't depend on each other)

Repurposing this issue and assigning to @cannandev as part of #468. @cannandev Please check with @beepdotgov to make sure the description and acceptance criteria is still accurate.

Description and acceptance criteria look good to me!

For the hover/focus style: let’s just use our default link style? (Remove the text-decoration, brighten up the blue.)

One tiny note: the copy for the role definitions was just updated slightly, per feedback we received today over on #441. Figma’s been updated with the latest text, but let me know if you have any questions.
