adding steps to fix 404 after step 21 #486

using your personal token on gogs leads that you can pull but you can't push ONLY the password enables you to push the changes.

This fix is not needed if you follow the workshop instructions - using the provided accounts and passwords. Ideally we want to workshop not to be cluttered with edge use cases, which are outside the instructions.

I suggest the instructions are not updates, but this note should be added to the workshop setup instructions / readme, as a pointer that Gogs doesn't use the token for command line login
