Workaround for making the template work with jasmine 2 #61

Agreed that the best solution would be to split boot.js into 2, but as this file is coming straight away from jasmine, it doesn't seem to be happening soon...

What do you think about doing something similar I'm proposing on this pull request in the meanwhile?
