Added LocalEventBus/EventStoreEventBus reactive properties essentials.reactive.* to the Spring configuration properties
Switched to use CommandBus.sendAndDontWait in postgresql-cqrs's ShippingAPI
Switched to using @CmdHandler in postgresql-cqrs's OrderShippingProcessor
Added essentials.fenced-lock-manager.release-acquired-locks-in-case-of-i-o-exceptions-during-lock-confirmation to the Spring configuration properties
