Workers preview URLs #138

Outputs of this action are missing URLs from workers previews https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/configuration/previews/.

The command used is wrangler versions upload and wrangler output will have the following details:

Uploaded <worker name> (4.15 sec)
Worker Version ID: <uuid>
Version Preview URL: https://example.xyz.workers.dev/
