Custom domain for secret vault #1046

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If the suse sandbox goes down, we could incur downtime.

Describe the solution you'd like Use a custom domain to point to the vault (e.g. vault.kubecf.suse.dev).

The vault is currently reached at https://volt.cap.explore.suse.dev/. How different is that from the custom domain ? Where would the domain be registered/made ? Is this possibly something for Chris Olstrom, our system admin ?

@viovanov we need more details about where the data lives and how to deploy an instance?

@andreas-kupries this was meant as a separate installation of vault, that's not dependent on the sandbox. I still think hosting on the sandbox is a good idea, but we should chat with Chris, yes.
