Add network stack documentation #61

We prepare a guide for learning in-depth how the new cf-for-k8s network stack works (with focus on Istio and Envoy Proxies). It was created by deploying cf-for-k8s and observing what happens when apps are pushed and traffic flows through the cluster.

This document shall be a living text that continuously evolves as cf-for-k8s develops further. Ideally, changes in upstream design or software should be backported to reflect the most current version of cf-for-k8s.
