Description

We are currently deploying parts of a workload into different clusters ( api, etcd, etc. in mgmt and the rest into a workload cluster ) thus we need to combine logs and metrics from different clusters and different namespaces into one consistent view.

E.g.: i want to be able to give the support team of ceph an endpoint for their logs which include the api logs of the kube api as well as the kublet logs inside the workload cluster. The same goes for metrics from different sources.
