[Bug](monorepo): Investigate on restart of build server working correctly

Description

• ui-components under the turbo startup do not updated automatically in App that it will be used.

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start ui components turbo dev
2. Start example app with turbo dev
3. Change ui components and you should see changes in example app as a result(but you do not)

Expected Behavior We expect to see changes on Example App whenever we change related ui-component during the development.
