Question regarding operationTimeout, connectionTimeout, receiveTimeout parameters. #136

Hi, I can see three parameters for timeout: operationTimeout, connectionTimeout, receiveTimeout(WinRmTool). Is somewhere a documentation that describe how I can use this parameters properly? I try to set up some values and nothing happens.
