Move pushing containers to the deploy phase #18

According to the Maven guide, copying of the final package to the remote repository should happen at the deploy phase. Fixes Travis CI build failure (see #16).

@vkorenev please could you open an issue in this repository to synchronize the build steps in the cloudstate CLI as well?
