Heroku hyperlinks from external sources #657

We have noticed in a number of different places and formats that people seem to be linking to the Heroku app version of the site (https://club-soda-guide.herokuapp.com/) or that that link will pop up as the preview on sites like Facebook.

Do you know where people might be coming across the link or why the wrong web address would be previewing?

Hi @jessyclubsoda thanks for opening this issue. 👍 https://dashboard.heroku.com/apps/club-soda-guide/settings image It's all configured according to the instructions: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/custom-domains

What we could do is automatically redirect club-soda-guide.herokuapp.com to www.clubsodaguide.com We cannot get people to update their existing links on Facebook but if anyone visits the site from one of those links they will see the www.clubsodaguide.com domain. And when they re-share a link it will be with the correct domain.
