Backdrop props reset scale when loading from vanilla map

• Open any stock/vanilla map.
• Watch a replay for a dustmod map (e.g. https://dustkid.com/level/Blue-and-Yellow-11888) from dustkid.
• Prop scales are all reset.
• Resetting or loading while in a dustmod map work as expected

I had a look around but couldn't find anything so I'mm assuming the issue is in the engine somewhere.
