Admin Portal #81

We need an admin portal that allows superusers and staff users to edit things on the website. Those things should include

  1. the text displayed on the home page
  2. the text on the about page
  3. the text on the contribute page

basics are set up, works for articles on home page, still needs to be implemented for the other things
