Transaction Approvals #82

All transactions need to be approved by an admin

  1. All edits of Company objects
  2. All deletes of Company objects
  3. All creations of Company objects

Pending changes are stored in PendingChanges, pending companies are stored in PendingCompanies

A list of pending changes can be found under the Changes tab in the navbar
