Remove tracking BDT based tags from Run-3 GTs #81

The tags should be removed only from Run-3 workflows. The HI labeled ones should be kept.

From Marco: check if those tags are used by online DQM.

For HI, this still needs to be done, but it can only be done in 13_2_X.

At HLT (at the moment) HI is still using (some) of the BDT tags. A complete clean-up depends on a menu update in release.

assuming there is none of the HLT integration tests that uses them, you might want to try.
