  1. Include an image definition for the McM application

In future iterations, a Docker compose script will be included to deploy a sample CouchDB database and a lucene search engine.

The latest commits deploy the CouchDB and CouchDB Lucene components required by McM. Currently, some dummy variables are set for the credentials, in future iterations we can update this to take them from the repository secrets.
