Description of the bug

During a round, I got the psychic whisper chem and wanted to relate it to something easier to make. However, CMB doesn't allow metabolizing unless under 170 K, so the chem just stayed on the person forever. Psychic whisper still worked even when not in use

What's the difference with what should have happened?

The chem should've just not allow psychic whisper, since it wasn't metabolizing

How do we reproduce this bug?

1) Get the psychic whisper property, any level (forgot the name) 2) Get CMB and get a chem that has any level of it 3) Relate or CREATE a chem with psychic whisper property and CMB 4) Inject on yourself, check yourself using health analyzer, see results

Even if it's a bug, this shouldn't be removed.

It's a neat way to make the property better and creates some very fun RP situation.

The property is only useful for RP, if it gave any mechanical advantage to marines, I'd understand changing this but this isn't the case.
