Soon after that, I'll sit with @ERSlayton, who only has availability come end of January, to do a detailed run down and assess what is going to be a reasonable vs. a stretch goal between our two skill sets and availability. We'll flag commitment level and provisionally assign responsibilities for the project team. We can present this on the 2019-02-05 meeting for further discussion, and use it to then create a work plan with deadlines.
