Revamped installer #54

The installer has been converted into two projects, WheelCompatibilityInstaller, (new, contains the burn bundle) and WheelCompatibilitySetup. The usage of burn bundles allows us to achieve the following:

Installer is more interactive and looks much better.
Automatically installs .NET DR 6.0.12.
Allows us to add support for HIDHide much easier.

Resolves #53 and makes resolution of #52 much easier.

All looks good. Tested in a fresh VM. Will increment version to 1.2.1.
