New release required, as imports/import_go.owl references obsolete class #108

imports/import_go.owl has:

SubClassOf(GO:0023061 'signal release' ObjectSomeValuesFrom(part_of 'part_of' 
GO:0003001 'generation of a signal involved in cell-cell signaling'))

But GO:0003001 is now obsolete

This causes oort to barf when current go + cl are imported together
