麻烦空的时候修正下typo #19

安装依赖的时候使用pip install -r requirements.txt，两次都提示文件不存在，仔细看了才发现原来是requirments.txt。虽然照着写也成功了，但还是希望大牛抽空的时候把typo修正一下吧。

现在用pip install onedrivecmd就可以了。
