sync needs to set style and size for mod and tup items #13

so that they display properly all tup have to have a style of 'TUP' and a size = whole citemno instead of just the right side of the '-' all charges have to have a style of 'CHARGE' and a size = whole citemno

does not need to be done in sync, but needs to be documented so we remember to add it if modification or tup names change
