1 month ago As discussed in the meeting just now will merge this since it covers the storage options we're investigating.
Next steps are to add more detail on
- JSON schema for storing results to Git
- DevStats option once we get feedback from the DevStats team

I added a new metadata section as well as the sections on collecting and storing results.
For collecting and storing there are multiple options with pros and cons. When we narrow down the options I'll update the proposal.
