My name is Albert Tanure and I have been working for many years in a technical community, sharing knowledge writing articles, creating videos, organizing events (presential and virtual) and speaking in events.

I have more the 20 years of experience in software development and during my career I've worked with many technologies and different languages. I'm specialized in DevOps, Microsoft Technologies, Software Architecture, Cloud Architecture. I've worked in many roles, like Software Developer, Leadership, Software Architect, Cloud Solutions Architect and Enterprise Architect, which help me a lot to get a broad knowledge about many topics. Working with cloud helped me to jump into the Infrastructure world, learn more about network, security, resilience and delivery value constantly.

Currently I'm Senior Cloud Solutions Architect on Microsoft Netherlands.

We don't have a CNCF meetup at this moment

What is your mission statement or objective for this new chapter?

We have a nice community and followers, however, nothing so specific related to the Cloud Native approach and Kubernetes. We understand that our community needs to grow into the Cloud Native approach and standards and also our goal is to help technical community to leverage the CNCF principles and tools (CNCF Landscape) and also mentoring, guide and empower developers and platform teams to work with Kubernetes, looking into the infrastructure fundamentals, security, governance, management and how to operate it with a sustainable way. We've identified a big gap in our community and professionals for working with cloud solutions, independently of the cloud provider, and also we found a lack of understanding about container strategies and how to build and maintain cloud native solutions. We love to share knowledge and mentoring people and we have a way to transform complex contexts into a simplified way to understand them and we want to engage our community into the CNCF.
