TODO: Leadership Selection doc should link to the templates #195

This doc: https://contribute.cncf.io/maintainers/governance/leadership-selection

... was written before we had governance templates. It should be updated to include links to those templates.

on the https://contribute.cncf.io/maintainers/governance/leadership-selection page right?

We should also re-write that doc to be consistent with guidance in the templates.
