Update npm dependencies #112

The dependencies have never been updated since they have been initialized. High time we upgrade the stack to the latest stable versions.

The issue should be split into two, one for npm deps and one for bower deps. This one is for npm only. For issue regarding bower, see here: https://github.com/coala/coala-html/issues/115
